Dr. Wanying Wu received her Ph.D. degree from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her current research focus is to develop computational tools and machine learning algorithms to study gene regulation. In her free time, Wanying likes cooking and traveling.

Dr. Shaozhen Xing received her Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua Univesity. Her current research focus is to uncover the gene regulation mechanisms using single-cell multimodal omics. In her free time, Shaozhen likes running and cross-country, especially marathons.

Welcome Xiaoxiao Zhou!

Xiaoxiao Zhou joins Li Lab as a senior research assistant. She holds a M.S. degree in Computer Science from WashU, and her previous research interests were focused on the application of Deep Neural Networks in 3D medical image registration.

Dr. Yang E. Li has been appointed as a member of the Brain Tumor Center at Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM), where he will serve as an Assistant Professor with dual appointment in the Departments of Neurosurgery and Genetics.
